We accommodate breakfast meetings, morning tea presentations and full‑day sessions for a wide range of organisations, with room configurations tailored to suit your requirements.

Hartland Room
The Hartland Room is an intimate, private meeting space on the upper level of our Clubhouse, offering a quiet, professional environment ideal for groups up to eight guests.
This room is equipped with modern presentation technology, including a mounted screen and a PressIT wireless presentation system.
Captains Room
The Captains Room is a larger boardroom‑style space that comfortably accommodates up to twelve guests, making it ideal for presentations, executive meetings, and team discussions.
Located on the lower level of our Clubhouse, this room offers convenient access and a private, focused environment for corporate gatherings.
The Captains Room is equipped with a PressIT wireless presentation system, allowing simple and seamless connection to the room’s mounted screen — perfect for sharing content, running presentations, or displaying meeting materials.
Poinciana Room
The Poinciana Room is a versatile and spacious function room located on the upper level of our Clubhouse, offering flexibility for a wide variety of events, from corporate presentations to celebrations and social gatherings. This beautifully positioned room overlooks our 18th green, providing a stunning backdrop for any occasion.
Its adaptable layout allows for multiple configurations, accommodating:
- 70–80 guests standing
- 70 guests in theatre‑style seating
- 60 guests seated at trestle tables
- 50 guests seated at round tables
The Poinciana Room is equipped with a PressIT wireless presentation system and mounted screen, ensuring seamless connectivity for presentations, videos, and event content. The room also features air‑conditioning, allowing your guests to remain comfortable throughout the event.
With direct access to our Terrace space, the Poinciana Room offers an effortless indoor–outdoor flow — perfect for breaks, pre‑event gatherings, or post‑meeting refreshments.
Terrace
The Terrace is an inviting open‑air space that offers beautiful views overlooking our 18th green, making it an ideal setting for relaxed gatherings, corporate functions, and social events. Its natural flow and spacious layout provide excellent flexibility for both standing and seated guest numbers, accommodating everything from casual mingling to structured presentations.
The Terrace is equipped with a TV screen that can be connected to for presentations, slideshows, or event content, along with audio connections to support music, speeches, and multimedia. Its seamless indoor‑outdoor feel also pairs perfectly with adjoining spaces, allowing it to enhance larger functions or operate as a standalone venue.

All dishes are crafted in‑house by our culinary team, with a focus on freshness, flavour, and thoughtful presentation.
