With an in-house Café offering a barista service (featuring Merlo coffee), you and your guests are able to enjoy a coffee throughout the day.  We have a wide range of menu suggestions that can be tailored to suit your requirements. The possibilities range from cakes and pastries through to ‘alfresco’ lunches, or your own à la carte lunch or dinner menu developed in conjunction with our in-house Chef.
