The WPGA Tour, the PGA of Australia and Southport Golf Club today announce an exciting, unique golf event to be known as the WPGA Tour Southport Pro-Am.
Over four days in March 2023 (Friday 10 to Monday 13), at South Port Golf Club, Gold Coast, some 50 women professionals will take on the challenges of the Southport Golf Course to share in the $25,000 purse.

It is with a great deal of pride that, as General Manager of Southport Golf Club and as a woman golfer, I can announce, and invite you to embrace an exciting golf event for the ages.
Together with the WPGA Australasian Tour and the PGA of Australia, the ‘Southport Golf Club WPGA Tour 2023 Pro-Am’ will be presented on our fabulous course in March 2023.

On behalf of the WPGA Tour of Australasia, I would like to express our sincere thanks to the team at Southport Golf Club for their vision in bringing back women’s professional golf to the Gold Coast.
We are delighted to be hosting the WPGA Tour Southport Pro-Am at one of the Gold Coast’s most historic and picturesque courses.
