It’s on again and will prove to be a day out not easily forgotten.  OK some of the punters attending may have a 24-hour lapse in memory, but fear not, it will all come back to them especially after friends and colleagues remind them of their spirited gambling let alone their gambling with spirits.

The Southport Golf Club ‘Day at the Races’ is saddled up and at the starting gate for the ‘2022 Stakes’.  With a private suite overlooking the finish line and access to the veranda you can cheer your horse home – rest assured they all finish sooner or later.  The suite is in close proximity to the bar and the bookies ring and has a TAB  closer than the length of a ‘Pineapple’ or a ‘Jolly Green Giant’.
